The Pump House

The Pump House     The Pump House is a mid section of a very large Grade II listed stone barn, aptly named as it originally housed the traditional pump which supplied the water to the house and farm buildings of yesteryear. The property has immense character and is steeped with original oak beams and roof trusses exposed to show off craftsmanship of almost 400 years ago.
The Pump House stands adjacent to the main farmhouse with a tremendous view down the valley to the river, steam railway and beyond.

The property has oil central heating, dining kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge has a 3 piece cottage suite, TV and a great view. Upstairs are 2 en-suite bedrooms each with TV, shower, wash hand basin, wc and shaver point. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed whilst the other has twin beds which can be cleverly linked to make an enormous king size. Both bedrooms have beamed ceilings and so much oak that you can almost smell it!
